These Terms and Conditions govern the operation of institutions/centers operated by Franchise Partners under the name, brand, or affiliation of AICDM™ Foundation, a Section 8 Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
By operating a center under the Company’s name, the Franchise Partner agrees to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.
The Franchise Partner shall have sole and exclusive responsibility for all academic, administrative, financial, operational, and legal activities of the institution/center operated by them.
Nothing in this arrangement shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between the Company and the Franchise Partner.
The Franchise Partner must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
If the Franchise Partner provides false information, issues unauthorized certificates, engages in fraud, or violates any law or regulation, the entire responsibility shall rest solely with the Franchise Partner.
The Company shall not bear any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for such acts.
Under no circumstances shall AICDM™ Foundation, its Directors, Trustees, Management, Officers, Employees, Representatives, or Head Office be held liable for any academic, administrative, financial, civil, or criminal liability arising from the actions or omissions of the Franchise Partner.
The Franchise Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, complaints, losses, damages, penalties, or legal expenses arising from their acts or omissions.
Any dispute, complaint, loss, damage, or legal action arising from the operation of the Franchise Partner’s center shall be borne solely by the Franchise Partner.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the franchise arrangement immediately in case of:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as per the location of the Company’s registered office.
By operating a center under the name or affiliation of the Company, the Franchise Partner confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
